Supply and installation of an LC-QTOF-MS laboratory instrument
Summary
The contract covers the supply, installation and commissioning of a new LC-Q-TOF-MS system for pesticide-residue analysis at the food and veterinary institute in Oldenburg. The complete solution must include an HPLC, a quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometer, control and analysis software, a spectral database covering at least 750 pesticides and metabolites, computers, peripherals and all equipment needed for installation and operation. The work also includes installation, commissioning, proof of suitability, training and maintenance support. The tender deadline is 5 November 2026 at 08:00. Delivery is due within six weeks or on a schedule agreed with the contracting authority; installation and commissioning should be possible by 17 December 2026 at the latest. The bidder must document successful installation of the offered type of laboratory equipment for at least five different customers in Europe and provide on-site technical attendance within 48 hours of a fault or perform fault analysis. The system must meet detailed technical specifications, including demonstrating pesticide detection at concentrations of up to 5 ng/mL. The bid must include technical evidence, a software-validation certificate, the requested references and service information, and must provide for a 24-month warranty, training and at least one maintenance visit within two years. Price is worth up to 30 points; the remaining points are based on technical features and functionality.
