Heating and cooling systems

Summary

The tender covers construction and installation of heating and cooling systems at the BePo N supply building in Nuremberg. The work includes, among other things, two 1,100 kW heat-generating units and biomass boiler systems with fuel feeding and controls, gas- and oil-fired equipment, chimneys and exhaust-air towers. It also includes heating, cooling and domestic-water systems with pipework, pumps, radiators, ceiling radiant panels, valves, heat exchangers and cooling equipment. The contractor must carry out installation and connections, insulation and fire-stopping, controls and automation, commissioning, testing, documentation and staff instruction. Before acceptance, the systems are to be operated, inspected and maintained for 32 weeks; standby coverage and call-outs are also included. The bidder must provide a breakdown of unit prices and demonstrate the required experience and company suitability in accordance with the tender documents.
