Routine and glass cleaning at the Max Planck Institute in 2027

Summary

The Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law is procuring cleaning services for its Heidelberg premises from 1 March 2027, under two lots: routine building cleaning and glass cleaning. Lot 1 covers approximately 9,901 m² of net floor area, with a calculated annual cleaning area of about 875,649 m². Lot 2 covers the institute’s glass façades, windows and blinds, including approximately 3,115 m² of exterior and interior glass façade, 195 m² of façade with solar film and 1,534 m² of blinds; some window and entrance-glass cleaning is also scheduled quarterly. The contract is for at least 24 months and may run for up to 60 months.
