Summary

The tender covers the installation of sanitary systems in the BePo N supply building in Nuremberg. The works include drainage and wastewater pipework, drinking, service and special-water systems, water-treatment and pressure-boosting equipment, sanitary fixtures, pipe supports, insulation and fire-stopping. The scope also includes flushing and leak tests, water-quality testing, system adjustment and commissioning, user instruction, documentation, and operation and hygienic maintenance of the systems before acceptance. The bid must be priced item by item and include a breakdown of unit-price costs. Electronic invoicing requirements also apply.
