Framework agreement for Apple products, accessories and services

Summary

This open procedure seeks a framework agreement for the supply of new Apple products, accessories and related services to at least 23 universities and research institutions, led by Freie Universität Berlin. The scope covers Macs, iPads, iPhones, Apple Watch, Apple Vision Pro, AirPods, Apple TV and Home, displays, original accessories and AppleCare. The supplier must provide and maintain institution-specific webshops, support ERP punch-out connections where required, deliver products within the specified times, manage warranty claims and provide customer service. The framework has a basic term of 24 months and may be extended twice by 12 months. The tender deadline is 5 October 2026. Price is the only award criterion, with the evaluation based on the lowest estimated net turnover after applying the offered discounts.
