Electrical installation works

Summary

The contract concerns electrical installation works. The bidder must submit a compliant price offer in German using the contracting authority’s forms, include the required declarations and evidence, and generally submit the offer electronically through the Berlin procurement platform. Prices must be stated in euros excluding VAT, with VAT shown separately; the bidder must enter 19% VAT in the GAEB file. During performance, workers must be paid at least EUR 14.84 gross per hour or any more favourable rate required by applicable legislation or the Berlin sectoral collective agreement, including overtime pay. The qualification documents described below must be provided when requested if the bidder does not hold a valid prequalification certificate or relevant registry entry.
