Summary

The works concern the indoor installation for ESTW A in Neukölln. The scope includes execution planning for 50 Hz, KIB and HB systems; installation of fire and intrusion alarm systems, a locking system, DB MAS and transmission technology; and building works. The building works include replacing 7 exterior and 4 interior doors, creating 76 openings and 62 fire stops, repairing 157 m² of wall finishes and 127 m² of ceiling finishes, installing 3 air-conditioning cabinets, 2 split air-conditioning units, 1 wall fan and 1 electric radiator, and laying 600 m of cable inside the building.
