Building automation – Schönkirchen School Centre, construction phase 3

Summary

The municipality of Schönkirchen is procuring building and plant automation for the heating, ventilation, electrical and sanitary systems in the third construction phase of the Schönkirchen school centre. The works include field devices, three main automation control cabinets and stations with touch panels, cabling and installation, and integration of approximately 600 data points into the existing DEOS management system. A separate LoRaWAN room-control system includes 75 energy-harvesting radiator actuators, 38 room temperature and humidity sensors, gateways and room-level visualisation.
