Drywall construction works at Regensburger Straße 104–106, Nuremberg

Summary

The Bundesagentur für Arbeit is procuring drywall construction works to convert part of its former data centre at the administrative centre at Regensburger Straße 104–106 in Nuremberg into modern open-plan office space. The works include partitions and linings, suspended ceilings, access hatches, openings for building services, plastering and fire-protection cladding to steel beams in the basement stair area. The planned execution period is 22 March 2027 to 4 May 2028.
