Permanent flame-retardant winter operational shirts for the NRW Police
Summary
The tender covers the supply of permanent flame-retardant winter operational shirts for the North Rhine-Westphalia Police under a framework agreement with one supplier. Quality and technical performance account for 70% of the evaluation and price for 30%.
