Renovation of building-services infrastructure: heating system

Summary

The Max Planck Society is procuring the renovation of the heating-supply systems at its General Administration building in Munich. The work includes complete renewal of the heating plant, excluding the existing district-heating transfer station, and connection to the retained system. The building will remain in use and the works will be carried out in phases; maintenance services are also included. Work is to start within 12 working days after instruction and be completed within 1,251 working days after the specified start period.
