Structural shell works for the new Schwalbennest daycare centre

Summary

The contract covers the structural shell works for the new Schwalbennest daycare building at Schwalbenweg 8 in Schönefeld. The two-storey building is planned to accommodate 168 children. The works include site setup, scaffolding, earthworks and excavation, concrete and reinforced-concrete works, masonry, and waterproofing. The planned construction period is 18 January 2027 to 13 August 2027. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Brandenburg procurement platform by 10 November 2026 at 09:00. The bid and required forms must be complete and in German; prices must be stated in euros excluding VAT, to no more than three decimal places. Price is the sole award criterion. A 15% bonus applies when evaluating bids from workshops for people with disabilities, provided their status is evidenced with the bid.
