Temporary storage and disposal of excavated material

Summary

The tender concerns the temporary storage and proper handling and disposal of potentially contaminated soil and other excavated material arising from construction sites in Munich. The work includes providing a storage site permitted for at least 500 m³ of hazardous waste, operating the site, weighing and labelling stockpiles, arranging transport, obtaining the necessary permits, documenting the process, and recovering, treating or depositing the material at authorised facilities. This is a framework agreement with an expected volume of approximately 9,000 tonnes. The minimum purchase volume is 70% of the total tender price, while individual call-offs may reach 140% of that amount. Price is the only award criterion, but the evaluation price will include the contracting authority’s estimated transport costs based on the distance to the storage site.
