Landscaping works

Summary

The tender concerns landscaping works for the outdoor areas in the third construction phase of the Rupprecht Gymnasium in Munich. The works include approximately 200 m³ of topsoil removal and disposal, 500 m³ of soil removal and disposal, around 2,000 m² of paving, approximately 120 precast concrete elements, around 60 m of fencing to be installed or refurbished, approximately 1,000 m² of planting areas, planting 14 trees, and installing several play structures. The planned performance period is from 1 February 2027 to 30 November 2027. Bidders must demonstrate the required registrations, financial and technical capacity, and experience with comparable works, including three references where requested. Tenders must be submitted electronically in German by 9 October 2026 at 10:30. Price is the only award criterion.
