Summary

The tender concerns screed works – preparation of concrete floor surfaces and installation and finishing of various screed layers. The scope includes 110 m2 concrete surface preparation with shot blasting and dust extraction; 110 m2 priming of non-absorbent substrates using bond primer; 110 m2 installation of liquid screed; 110 m2 installation of connection screed (35 mm thick); 125 m of edge insulation strips cutting; 110 m2 grinding, washing and polishing of cement-flow screed; 110 m2 applying the primary 2K finish layer; CAF screed installation with separation layer (d=36 mm) CAF-C25-F6; 360 m of edge insulation strips cutting; and 400 m2 floor protection coating and breathable underlay installation. There may be several main bids; price is the only award criterion.
