Electricity supply for 2027–2030

Summary

Wasserversorgung Weißeritzgruppe GmbH is procuring a full-service electricity supply for its various sites, including arrangements for grid use and administration of grid-use contracts. Supply is to run, according to the individual site schedule, from 1 January 2027 through 31 December 2029, with an option to extend the contract by written agreement through 31 December 2030. Estimated total consumption is approximately 3.9 GWh per year, but this is not a guaranteed minimum or maximum. The contract price applies to annual consumption between 3.12 and 4.29 GWh; consumption outside that range may be subject to a price adjustment. The offer must cover both sites with registered load metering (RLM, approximately 3.3 GWh per year) and sites with standard load profiles (SLP, approximately 0.6 GWh per year). The bidder must submit pricing coefficients to three decimal places for both groups and for delivery years 2027–2029, as well as optional 2030. The annual electricity price is based on the EEX market price and is set separately for each delivery year. Grid charges, metering charges, taxes and the listed statutory surcharges are excluded from the offered energy price. Offers are evaluated by their total price for 2027, 2028 and 2029, and the lowest-priced offer is selected. The bidder must demonstrate annual electricity-supply turnover of at least EUR 16,200,000, insurance cover of at least EUR 2 million for personal injury and EUR 5 million for other damage, and cybersecurity risk management covering risk analysis, IT contingency planning and incident handling. Required forms and declarations, including a completed price sheet, must be submitted. The offer must be submitted electronically in German by 6 November 2026 at 10:00 and remain binding until 27 November 2026. The procurement is not divided into lots, and alternative offers are not permitted.
