Summary

The tender concerns the supply and installation of interior doors for Grundschule Icking’s new two-court gym (Zweifachsporthalle). Bids must be submitted electronically only via the Bayern procurement portal www.vergabe.bayern.de; non-electronic submissions will be excluded. Qualification requirements are split into two tracks: prequalified companies must prove suitability via the Präqualifikationsverzeichnis and a Reference Declaration per 444 pages 1-2 (or equivalent); non-prequalified firms must provide required self-declarations, with possible additional documents (216 Nr. 2.2). Subcontractors and minimum presence of a German-speaking employee on site are addressed. Minimum European reference frame level is B1. Formal acceptance of services is required. Joint bidding in multiple bidder groups is not allowed. In case of a tie, a lottery will decide. A currently valid employer’s or professional liability insurance must be provided after award, with minimum coverage: €3,000,000 for personal injury and €300,000 for property damage. The contract is limited to the remainder of the original contract and may cover already delivered, but defectively or incomplete, works for correction.
