Roofing works for the new fire and rescue services centre in Kreis Gütersloh

Summary

Kreis Gütersloh is procuring roofing works for a new fire and rescue services centre. The works include approximately 2,780 m² of coated steel trapezoidal sheets, 6,570 m² of bituminous vapour barrier, insulated two-layer roof waterproofing over approximately 6,570 m², 960 m of aluminium parapet capping, 12 smoke and heat exhaust skylights and 3,510 m² of extensive green roofing. The scope also includes installing roof and emergency parapet drains, and inspection, maintenance and repair of the listed roof elements.
