Routine and sanitary cleaning of the Luther Museums

Summary

The Luther Museums are procuring routine and sanitary cleaning for two lots. Lot 1 covers about 4,900 m² at the Augusteum, Luther House and Melanchthon House in Wittenberg; Lot 2 covers about 2,900 m² at the visitor centre, Luther Archive, Luther’s Birth House and Death House, and Luther’s Parents’ House in Eisleben and Mansfeld. Both lots include optional deep and special cleaning, window cleaning, graffiti removal and construction-site cleaning; Lot 2 also includes winter maintenance. Services are scheduled to run from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030, with a possible two-year extension.
