Hazardous materials remediation at Münster Justice Centre, Building 3

Summary

Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb NRW is procuring hazardous-material removal and associated demolition at Building 3 of the Münster Justice Centre as part of the building’s façade and roof renovation. The works include removing asbestos-containing plaster and filler, tar-containing roof layers and insulation, old mineral-fibre insulation, and selected façade and window components, followed by transport and disposal of the resulting waste. The scope also includes site preparation, containment and protective measures, waste documentation, and related hourly work; the works are carried out in two phases.
