Technical insulation works

Summary

The State Building and Property Office of Rostock is procuring technical insulation works for the new University of Rostock library on the Ulmicum campus. The single contract covers insulation and associated sheet-metal cladding for wastewater, potable-water, heating, ventilation and cooling systems, as well as condensate pipes, together with related site facilities, scaffolding and handover documentation. The works are scheduled from 1 April 2027 to 30 September 2029.
