Electricity supply 2028–2030

Summary

The procurement concerns the supply of electricity to Klinikum Fürth’s consumption points from 1 January 2028 to 31 December 2030. The supply includes network use and covers sites both with and without registered load measurement. The contract is technically divided into lots, but will be awarded as a whole for all lots. Bidders must use the contracting authority’s contract terms; bidders’ own terms and variant bids are not permitted. The bid must include price sheets for 2028, 2029 and 2030, electricity product information, a continuity-of-supply concept of no more than five A4 pages, and information on the renewable share of the supplier’s electricity mix. The concept must address, among other things, fault reporting and availability, on-call arrangements, response and restoration times, staff competence, and customer information. Joint bids are permitted, and each member must submit a suitability declaration. Any subcontractors intended for contract performance must be identified in the bid. Bids are evaluated on price (75%), the continuity-of-supply concept (20%), and the renewable share of the supplier’s electricity mix (5%). A renewable share of at least 80% receives the maximum score for that criterion; a share of 40% or less receives zero points, with intermediate results scored by linear interpolation. Participation requires evidence of the specified financial and economic capacity and comparable electricity-supply experience, as well as declarations concerning exclusion grounds.
