Timber-aluminium windows for the new Meschede vocational college building

Summary

Hochsauerlandkreis is procuring timber-aluminium windows for the exterior façades of the new main building of Meschede Vocational College, including installation, external window sills, reveal coverings and shutter boxes. The scope comprises 316 three-section windows, 36 three-section windows and one single-section window, with additional motorised venetian blinds, glass fall protection, insect screens, lockable window handles and concealed reed contacts. The contract also covers workshop and installation plans, site preparation, and pricing for five-year maintenance services for the windows and solar shading systems. Precious Sand is the pricing basis for visible aluminium components; interior window sills and reveal coverings will be provided under a separate trade contract.
