Scaffolding works for the general renovation and extension of Building L at IGS Trier

Summary

The tender concerns the installation of approximately 4,415 m² of working and protective scaffolding as facade scaffolding for the general renovation and extension of Building L at IGS Trier. The scaffolding will support masonry works, roof waterproofing, photovoltaic installation, lightning protection and window installation. The three connected building sections to be scaffolded measure approximately 90 × 42 m, while the extension measures approximately 8.5 × 33.5 m; the extension works will be carried out in two stages. Work is expected to start in calendar week 50 of 2026, within 12 working days after the contracting authority's instruction, and must be completed and ready for acceptance by the last working day of calendar week 2 of 2028 at the latest. The tender must be submitted electronically in German by 6 October 2026 at 10:30 and must remain valid for 59 days. Price is the only award criterion, with a weighting of 100%.
