Woodwork at the DLR Neustrelitz site (26-0281_B)

Summary

The German Aerospace Center (DLR) is procuring timber works for a planned three-storey timber-hybrid office building at its Neustrelitz site, approximately 80 × 20 × 11 m. The scope includes load-bearing timber wall and ceiling elements (about 1,520 m² of ceiling area), approximately 1,200 m² of façade cladding, steel components for fixings and interfaces with reinforced-concrete construction, about 690 m² of timber windows and about 80 m² of mullion-and-transom façade. Work is expected to run from early January to early September 2027.
