Summary

The tender concerns regular maintenance cleaning services at the Mannheim Regional Directorate site for the Berufsgenossenschaft Handel und Warenlogistik. The contractor shall perform all cleaning services fully, professionally and in accordance with state-of-the-art standards. Maintenance cleaning includes cleaning of all floor areas; cleaning of all accessible surfaces and furnishings (e.g., desks, cabinets, rolling containers, shelves, windowsills, radiators, lighting fixtures, etc.). Office machines and single-user PCs are excluded from cleaning. Fingerprints on interior glazing, glass doors and glazed partitions (at handle height) must be removed. The interior glazing itself counts as glass cleaning. The scope, extent and frequency of cleaning are defined in Annex D2 Leistungsverzeichnis.
