Modification of the sprinkler system

Summary

The project renovates the sprinkler protection in Exhibition Hall 1, an approximately 850 m² space at the House of World Cultures. The four lots cover sprinkler works, temporary removal and reinstatement of ventilation ducts, lights and smoke detectors, and site setup and associated demolition, scaffolding, drywall and painting works. The existing full-coverage sprinkler system will be replaced by denser protection along the partition wall next to the foyer; the works also include a smoke-resistant barrier made of faced mineral-wool boards above the ceiling.
