Framework agreement for standard workplace monitors for Südwestrundfunk and other eligible entities

Summary

The procurement is for a framework agreement with one supplier to supply and maintain standard workplace monitors for Südwestrundfunk and other eligible public-service broadcasters and their qualifying subsidiaries and affiliated companies. All devices must be new, not refurbished. The initial contract term is 24 months from 16 November 2026, with two possible 12-month extensions, for a maximum term of 48 months. Three monitor types are required: 24-inch monitors with docking functionality and an integrated webcam (minimum 1,030, planned quantity 7,950, optional maximum 9,100); 24-inch monitors without docking functionality or a webcam (minimum 3,370, planned quantity 7,780, optional maximum 8,900); and 34-inch monitors with docking functionality and an integrated webcam (minimum 1,020, planned quantity 3,370, optional maximum 3,800). The contract also covers warranty services and maintenance, with an optional extension of the warranty to 60 months. A joint coordination meeting will take place at the contracting authority’s premises at the start of the contract. The estimated value is EUR 3,850,000.
