Framework agreement for change management, communications and organisational culture development consulting

IT Baden-Württemberg (BITBW), acting for the State of Baden-Württemberg, is procuring consultancy to support strategic and operational change management, change communications and the further development of organisational culture. Services include advising leaders, supporting transformation and culture-development initiatives, designing and facilitating workshops and participation formats, and developing methods, guidance and communication plans.
