IT framework contract

Summary

The procurement concerns the award of IT hardware framework agreements in three lots: Los 1 – workstation technology, Los 2 – tablets, and Los 3 – telephones. The framework agreements will run for a base period of 24 months and may be extended twice by 12 months, up to a maximum of 48 months. Prices are fixed for six months from the contract award; after that, price adjustments are possible after each 12-month period, with a maximum increase of 10% of the net price. The contracting authority may conduct market research during the term and may terminate the framework agreement with three months’ notice if substantially cheaper conditions are found. Estimated annual needs: Los 1 includes notebooks, towers, Mini-PCs and monitors; Los 2 includes tablets; Los 3 includes IP telephones and smartphones. The estimated total quantities over the contract term are significant and broken down per lot. Award criteria and their weights are defined in the tender documents.
