Supply of a trommel screening machine

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of one trommel screening machine for Göttinger Entsorgungsbetriebe's composting and bioenergy centre. The machine will be used after composting to screen woody fractions and produce contaminant-free compost with a particle size of 0–12 mm. The supplier must deliver the machine, provide German-language operating and maintenance manuals, spare-parts lists, service and inspection records, and a CE declaration of conformity, arrange one full day of operator training on two dates for 7–10 employees, and provide a full warranty of at least 24 months or 2,000 operating hours, whichever occurs first. The machine must comply with the German and European standards in force at delivery and with the specified technical requirements, including an electro-hydraulic drive of no more than 75 kW, a hopper of at least 5 m³ and a screening area of at least 30 m². The estimated value is EUR 275,000 excluding VAT, price is the only award criterion, and delivery must be completed by 31 October 2027 at the latest. The bid must be submitted in German electronically by 8 October 2026 at 10:00.
