Framework agreement for employee bicycle leasing

Summary

The City of Husum is procuring a single-supplier framework agreement for employee bicycle leasing, covering around 330 employees and civil servants. The agreement will run for 36 months from 1 February 2027, with an option to extend by 12 months; up to 50 individual leases may be placed, with no guaranteed minimum. New bicycles and pedelecs worth up to EUR 7,000 gross per bicycle, including eligible accessories, are in scope, together with leasing administration, insurance, maintenance, repairs, an online portal and related support.
