Carpentry and timber construction works

Summary

The tender concerns carpentry and timber construction works for the new Anderten Pestalozzi School building in Hannover. The project is an approximately 1,300 m² two-storey hybrid building involving prefabricated timber walls, ceilings with exposed timber beams, a cross-laminated timber ceiling, roof waterproofing and insulation, rooflights, smoke extraction, an extensive green roof and a timber louvre facade. Green-roof maintenance will continue for four years, and the expected performance period is 12 April 2027 to 26 November 2027. The tender must be submitted electronically in German by 09:00 on 14 October 2026.
