Lot 010: Roofing, waterproofing and scaffolding – ABOS new sports hall construction

Summary

The tender covers roofing and scaffolding works for the new ABOS sports hall. The works include approximately 2,150 m² of flat-roof waterproofing and sloped mineral-wool insulation, approximately 1,200 m² of extensive green roof with growing substrate and planting, approximately 900 m² of gravel ballast, approximately 180 m of aluminium parapet capping, installation of 11 flat-roof windows and 14 smoke-ventilation flat-roof windows, a roof access point for emergency evacuation, a safety cable system with 24 anchor points, and approximately 1,900 m² of façade scaffolding with roof protection.
