Shelving systems for a temporary archive

Summary

The City of Bad Münstereifel is procuring the delivery and installation of a reversible, archival-quality shelving system for a temporary archive accommodating at least 9,500 archive boxes. The scope includes mobile and stationary shelving, specialist shelves for large-format records and documents, flat storage units for maps and plans, heavy-duty and office shelving, rails, locking and labelling systems, and the associated planning, installation, testing, documentation and staff instruction. The complete installation is to be ready for operation by 29 January 2027.
