The procurement covers safety and health coordination services under the German Construction Site Ordinance for a new laboratory and institute building for the Institute for Hygiene and Environment and Hamburg Wasser in Hamburg. The project comprises approximately 24,500 m² of usable floor area and 49,585 m² of above-ground gross floor area. Services are planned in stages, covering planning and construction phases 3–8; only the first stage is included in the initial award, with subsequent stages optional.
