Cleaning services at the Gladbeck facility

Summary

The contract covers cleaning services at the ZUE Gladbeck Verbund accommodation facility, which operates at two sites: Festplatz has capacity for 155 people and Vöinghof for 150. The contractor must organise routine cleaning and replenish hygiene supplies, as well as provide deep cleaning of residents’ rooms and isolation rooms when needed, including after residents leave. The work covers, among other areas, offices, shared rooms, circulation areas, the cafeteria and sanitary facilities; occupied residents’ rooms are generally cleaned when they become vacant. The contractor supplies staff, cleaning and disinfecting products and equipment, and ensures compliance with hygiene and safety requirements. Cleaning the kitchen and medical area may be offered separately, for a fee, to the relevant service providers. The deadline for submitting offers is 13 November 2026 at 08:00, and offers must remain valid until 12 January 2027. Attendance at the mandatory site visit must be evidenced. Prices are assessed inclusive of VAT, and price is the only award criterion. Participation requires, among other things, the specified turnover and insurance information, two qualifying references and an ISO 9001 certificate or equivalent.
