Hardware Security Modules

Summary

The tender covers the purchase of hardware security modules with operating-system software (firmware), hardware maintenance and support. Bids may be submitted for one, several or all lots. Lot 1 concerns Utimaco HSM modules (CP5 and general-purpose), while Lot 2 concerns manufacturer-neutral HSM modules, including general-purpose HSMs with eIDAS-compliant CC certification and HSMs approved for VS-NfD use. The bid must be submitted electronically by 10 August 2026 at 10:00. Price accounts for 80% of the evaluation and delivery time for 20%; the delivery time may not exceed 40 working days.
