Schönermark Wastewater Treatment Plant Sludge Dewatering Renewal – Lot 4: Electrical, Measurement, Control and Automation Systems

The tender covers Lot 4 of the renewal of the sludge dewatering system at the Schönermark wastewater treatment plant: construction of electrical, measurement, control and automation systems. The works include dismantling and proper disposal of the existing low-voltage distribution and cabling, construction of a new distribution system with 20% expansion capacity, programming of the control and process-control systems, installation of measurement equipment, cables, cable-support systems, equipotential bonding, surge protection and cameras, testing, commissioning and delivery of documentation. The works will be carried out at an operating wastewater treatment plant. The bidder must allow for phased execution, interruptions and coordination with the works under the other lots. Variant tenders are permitted only together with a main tender; multiple main tenders are not permitted. The bidder must submit the priced bill of quantities, required product information, the suitability self-declaration and the other required declarations and evidence. Relevant previous experience, sufficient personnel, technical competence and the ability to comply with the VDE, DIN, DGUV and other standards specified in the tender documents are important participation conditions.
