Routine and deep cleaning of multipurpose halls
Summary
The contract covers routine and deep cleaning at three multipurpose halls in Saarlouis: Neuforweiler (633.59 m²), Picard (655.75 m²) and Hans-Welsch (1,316.84 m²). Cleaning includes the additional surfaces described in the specifications, as well as all necessary cleaning products, machinery and equipment. Routine cleaning takes place at Neuforweiler and Picard on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and at Hans-Welsch from Monday to Friday. Each hall also receives a deep clean once a year during the summer holiday closure. Weekend cleaning is ordered separately for events and paid for according to actual use. For evaluation, the annual estimate is 5 Saturday and 5 Sunday events at Neuforweiler, 10 and 20 at Picard, and 15 and 10 at Hans-Welsch. Bids must include annual and per-event prices and an hourly rate for unforeseen special cleaning; evaluation also assumes 10 hours of such work. The contract starts on 1 January 2027 and renews automatically in one-year periods, up to 31 December 2030, unless terminated with three months’ notice. Bidders must submit the required suitability declarations, three references for comparable work and a declaration confirming compliance with tariff and minimum-pay requirements. Prices must include all labour, social security, insurance, cleaning-product, equipment and ancillary costs. The fixed 80% labour-cost share and the wording of the price schedule must not be changed; such changes result in exclusion of the tender.
