Taking over the office of Städteforum Brandenburg

The contract is for taking over and operating the office of Städteforum Brandenburg, a forum of cities in Brandenburg. The work includes supporting the board; preparing and running member, working-group and network activities and meetings; preparing annual plans and accounts; organising elections; developing strategies and policy positions; managing newsletters, the website and LinkedIn profile; and organising events, competitions and the Brandenburg Urban Development Day. The contractor must work with the forum’s board and partners and support related city and housing initiatives. The contract runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029. The indicative budget is approximately EUR 88,600 per year; invoices may be submitted no more than monthly for work performed and evidenced. Evaluation weights are 50% for price, 35% for methodology and approach, and 15% for communication skills; the offered hourly rate is assessed for price. The bid must be submitted in German by 2 November 2026 at 09:00. The bidder must demonstrate expertise in urban development and grant administration and provide at least three references from office or network management for public-sector clients within the last three years.
