Scaffolding works for the Federal Police accommodation building in Gifhorn, phases 1 and 2

Summary

The State Building Management Office of Braunschweig is procuring scaffold works for the new accommodation building at the Federal Police aviation unit in Gifhorn. The works cover façade and interior scaffolding in two construction phases, including access stairs, bridging, weather protection, scaffold alterations and material hoists. The façade areas are approximately 5,706 m² in phase 1 and 3,849 m² in phase 2; the scheduled work periods are 18 January 2027–19 June 2028 and 27 January 2031–12 December 2031, respectively.
