Woodwork for the Pasing Cultural and Community Centre

Summary

Münchner Wohnen GmbH is procuring the timber roof structure for the Pasing Cultural and Community Centre in Munich. The works comprise nine glued-laminated timber beams with permanent formwork above them, supporting a sloped reinforced-concrete roof slab to be built by others. The roof structure is above a hall of approximately 170 m²; the beams are up to 215 cm high and 13 m long. Completion is due within 15 calendar days of call-off, which is expected between 1 March and 12 April 2027.
