Screed works for the new service and accommodation building at Rommel Barracks

Summary

The State Building Construction Office Ulm is procuring screed works for the new service and accommodation building at Rommel Barracks in Dornstadt. The single, non-lotted contract covers preparatory work, waterproofing, thermal and impact-sound insulation, floating cement screeds including heated screeds, and related finishing and ancillary work. The floor build-up is approximately 23 cm, with work across around 2,337 m² of floor area, including areas subject to high water exposure and increased kitchen loads.
