Routine, on-demand and deep cleaning

Summary

The tender covers routine, on-demand and deep cleaning at various facilities and buildings in the Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf district. Each facility is a separate lot, and bidders may tender for any number of lots. A bidder may win no more than five lots in total for routine and deep cleaning and, where specified, thorough cleaning. Offers are compared by annual contract value; if a bidder would otherwise win more than five lots, the five lots giving the district the most favourable overall result are awarded to that bidder. The work is scheduled to start on 1 May 2027. The submission deadline is 5 November 2026 at 10:00, and offers must remain valid until 30 April 2027. Offers must be submitted electronically only. Paper and alternative offers, as well as amendments to the tender documents, are not accepted. Each hourly charge rate used must be supported by a detailed calculation, and the maximum cleaning productivity must be observed: up to 300 m² per worker per hour at schools, childcare facilities, public offices, sports facilities and other facilities, and up to 250 m² per hour at youth and senior facilities. Workers must be paid at least the applicable statutory or collectively agreed rate and no less than EUR 14.84 gross per hour, except for apprentices. Participation requires evidence of technical expertise, experience, insurance, registration, and payment of taxes and social security contributions; detailed qualification requirements must be checked in the tender documents.
