Summary
The procurement covers works to improve fire safety in a building’s stairwells. The works include stairwell finishing and plaster repairs, fire-resistant cable ducts, lighting and fire doors, smoke-extraction windows, and roof windows serving as roof balconies to provide a second escape route from the apartments.
