Building cleaning services 2027–2030

Summary

The tender covers building cleaning services at cemeteries and crematoria in Hamburg from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030. Services will be performed at the Ohlsdorf, Öjendorf, Volksdorf, Wohldorf, Finkenriek and Finkenwerder sites. The procurement has two lots: Lot 1 covers routine, deep, special and replacement cleaning, while Lot 2 covers glass, frame and rebate cleaning. The estimated total value is EUR 1,800,000 excluding VAT. Bidders may submit an offer for both lots and may be awarded both contracts. Offers must be submitted electronically in German by 29 September 2026 at 12:00 and remain valid for 27 days. Alternative and multiple offers are not permitted. Lot 1 is evaluated on price (70%) and quality (30%); for Lot 2, price is the only award criterion. Participation requires evidence of the required turnover, comparable cleaning experience, technical capacity and staff qualifications. The bidder must also provide craft-chamber registration, business liability insurance, proof of proper payment of taxes and social contributions, sufficient German-language skills and the required declarations and evidence.
