Framework agreement for toner and ink cartridges

Summary

The University of Potsdam is procuring original toner and ink cartridges made by the respective printer manufacturers for delivery to its campuses and other locations in and around Potsdam. The framework agreement runs initially for one year from 1 April 2027 to 31 March 2028, with three possible one-year extensions, and has a maximum net value of EUR 550,000 over four years. Products may be ordered individually or in consolidated orders as needed; the estimated quantities are indicative and do not create a purchase obligation. The supplier will also provide an online ordering system for individual orders.
