Building works at NaturGut Ophoven

Summary

The City of Leverkusen is procuring construction works at NaturGut Ophoven, Talstraße 4, following flood damage from 2021. The scope covers renovation of the exhibition building and barn, and foundations for the new eastern and northern buildings, including earthworks, drainage and sewer works, well foundations, concrete and masonry works, and cleaning and repair of the existing brick facades. The contract is not divided into lots.
