Procurement of business laptops in two lots (display sizes)

Summary

The tender covers the supply of 800 new business laptops in two lots: 700 16-inch-class devices with a numeric keypad and 100 14-inch-class devices without a numeric keypad. The devices must include a Windows 11 Pro licence, documentation and 60 months of on-site service. They must be compatible with the existing Lenovo docks, support secure central management, macmon NAC and PXE boot, and meet extensive technical minimum requirements. Within 12 months after acceptance of the basic quantity, the contracting authority may order up to 600 additional devices as an option, but there is no obligation to order them. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots; price carries 95% of the evaluation and delivery flexibility 5%. The submission deadline is 1 October 2026 at 09:00.
